There is no database of actual sold RV prices, so anyone quoting you a "market value" to the dollar is guessing. We tell you where each number comes from.

About five minutes. We shop it to our outside lenders first — if one says yes, you'll get a better rate than we can offer.
In-house
We carry the loan. Typically 50% down, which keeps you right-side-up from day one and is exactly why we can say yes when a bank won't.
Protect it
Extended service contracts billed and repaired in our own shop, so a claim doesn't mean waiting on somebody else's bay.
Unplug RV started as mobile RV repair and grew into two shops — Lincoln and West Sacramento — with five technicians spread across the valley. We added sales because customers kept asking the same question after a repair: "can you find me a better one than this?"
That order matters. Most dealers sell you an RV and hand you somebody else's phone number when it breaks. Every unit on our lot goes through our own bays before it's listed — same technicians, same inspection, same standards we apply to a customer's coach. When something goes wrong afterwards, you're calling the people who worked on it.
Branden spent 16 years in RV sales before starting Unplug RV — most of it embarrassed by what happened to customers once they reached the service department. The fix starts with the techs: hire the best ones, pay them well, keep them. Happy technicians are where happy customers come from.
We publish our labor rate. We tell you what a job is likely to cost before you commit. And we'll tell you when the honest answer is "don't buy this one" or "take the bank's rate instead of ours."
